Once your ModdedZone® controller is shipped, you will receive an email from us that includes your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.

With your order number and email address used when your order was placed, you can also access our online ORDER TRACKER. This feature of our website includes a track now section for all orders.

Please note that tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are generated and are sometimes not available for tracking with the shipping carrier until the order is shipped. If you try tracking your package, and the indication on the tracking page says your shipment is ready for pickup but not with the carrier, please try tracking the package later.

Yes, all orders have tracking numbers assigned to them. You will receive an email with your tracking number once a shipping label is generated for your order. ModdedZone® team generates shipping labels once the controller is comlete, tested and redy to be shhipped out. Same tracking number will be reflected in your ModdedZone® account if you create one.

If the provided tracking number is not working, please check the status of your order here to make sure the controller is complete, tested and shipped. If the status of your order indicates the controller has left our facility, please try to track the package the same day after 5.00 pm EST.

Tracking from a shipping carrier can occasionally take some time to update. In most cases, the tracking information is updated when the package is scanned further along the journey. On rare occasions, the tracking information is not properly updated after the package leaves ModdedZone® facility.

No, our orders are shipped in shipping envelopes. The only reference to ModdedZone® will be on the actual shipping label where the return address will list our company name.

Shipping insurance covers your package during transit, in the event that your package gets lost or damaged.

We ship worldwide and the International express delivery times are usually 3-10 business days. ModdedZone® declares the package for insurance purposes. We have no control over customs, duty, and VAT, although in the event that these might be applied, they are usually minimal. The customs laws vary from country to country and we recommend you to contact your customs office to find out the current import tax laws.

If you notice the shipping address for your package is wrong or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. ModdedZone® customer support won’t be able to change the address for your order once the package left our facility. Please contact shipping carrier to request the address change.

In case the package is returned back to our shipping facility due to incorrect/incomplete address, our customer support team will contact you via email and/or phones number provided at checkout to obtain the correct/full address in order to reship the controller. Please note: additional shipping fees are applied.  

ModdedZone® professionally packages all controllers in branded boxes that are inserted into carrier envelopes.

If your package arrives with damage to the carrier envelope, and that damage is impacting the quality of the internal packaging, please do the following:

Contact our team as soon as possible. Most shipping carriers require notification within two business days. Retain the original envelope with the label. The shipping carrier might need this as part of their investigation.Take pictures of the damage and email those to us at support@moddedzone.com.

We’ll take it from there and reach back out to you with additional information.

If your package is showing as delivered but you are unable to locate the package, please let us know immediately so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier. You can find our contact information here.

If a package doesn’t get delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout at the expected timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible. An agent will start a case with a shipping carrier on your behalf to locate your package. If it has been more than 15 business days from the date a claim was filed, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a replacement. If an order involves international shipping, the time to complete an investigation can vary depending on the country.

Whenever possible, our goal is to deliver your order in one box. On occasion, we may split a shipment. If we do happen to split your order, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that additional delivery time is often required for APO/FPO addresses. We will do our best to deliver packages by the expected delivery date shown when your order is placed, but cannot control addition time added by this unique delivery method.
