Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout (Standard, Expedited, Express, Overnight or International Express). The times shown below are when we expect the item to arrive at your location and are shown in business days which are Monday - Friday.

Standard shipping - 4–7 business days within the continental USA, and 7–15 business days to Hawaii and Alaska. FREE                        

Expedited shipping - 2-3 business days - $10.99

Express shipping - 1-2 business days - $29.99

Overnight shipping - 1 business day - $49.99

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return the product to us. The product must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging and with all seals intact. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.

The amount refunded is less all shipping costs added at checkout. Return authorization from MODDEDZONE must be obtained prior to mailing in any merchandise for repair or return.

Please note that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when returning products to MODDEDZONE.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

Defective Product: If the product is delivered and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our customer service team immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt for an exchange.

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all warranty information that accompanied your item.

Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we’ve sent you incorrect items, please contact our customer service team to return the incorrect items within 14 days. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.

All credit/debit card payments are processed by PayPal or Amazon Payments to keep your information secured.
