Hi everyone,
Straight out of the box, the controller was completely unusable. Menus and the main screen were automatically scrolling and glitching without me touching any inputs.
To diagnose the issue, I opened up the MZ Titan App on my phone and went into the Modchip Input Monitor. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the Left Thumbstick Y-axis is completely locked at a maximum hardware value of 100 while completely untouched in the neutral position.
The physical stick isn’t moving forward at all because the internal chip/motherboard is continuously flooding the system with this maxed-out signal.
Has anyone else run into a factory hardware calibration/solder bridge error like this right out of the box? I have already reached out to support via email to initiate a Defective on Arrival (DOA) warranty replacement under the 14-day window. If anyone has tips on this let me know!
