Over the past weeks I have noticed that my mod profile disconnects in the app. I have my back buttons remapped for jumping and sliding. Then during a gun fight I can't jump or slide. How to fix this?
@Amanda Walker same here. Best thing u can do is don't let phone with app go to sleep!

The app should have a memory of the last used profile, you do not need to have it open unless you are changing profiles or editing settings!
That being said if for some reason you are noticing that the profile goes back to "Controller Default: No mods" everytime the app closes I would highly suggest contacting our support team directly via phone or email at Support@moddedzone.com or 954-289-9040 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
Additionally it may be due to the fact that your app may need an update! You can try the following troubleshooting step to see if it may help resolve the issue -
To address this issue, please navigate to the top of the app and locate a menu icon (small square box). Click on it and perform the update check three times in a row. After the first two update checks, you should see a notification on the screen stating "Updated successfully." When you perform the third check, the modchip will begin its full update process (which takes a bit longer than the initial updates), and you should see the message "Updating GPC byte code" on the screen.
