Questions
Controller FAQ
What's the difference between the hardware options?
No Modifications is a cosmetic custom Elite Series 2 without the MZ Titan modchip. Rapid Fire adds the modchip with Rapid Fire. FPS Mod Pack adds 9 FPS mods: Rapid Fire, Burst Fire, Akimbo, Drop Shot, Jump Shot, Auto Scope, Quick Scope, Auto Hold Breath and Auto Sprint. Fortnite Mod Pack adds Rapid Fire, Drop Shot, Jump Shot, Quick Scope, Quick Build Wall, Floor, Ramp and Roof, and First and Last Weapon Select, with the MZ Paddles ADD-ON. Ultimate Modpack includes all mods available at the time of purchase.
Can I add more mods later?
Yes. Any controller with MZ Titan hardware can get new mods and perks anytime through the Mods Marketplace in the MZ Titan App, with no need to send the controller back. The No Modifications option can't connect to the app.
Do I need the MZ Titan OS app?
The free MZ Titan OS app (iOS, Android, Apple M1 Mac) is how you turn mods on and off, adjust them and create profiles. Once your settings are saved, you don't need to keep the app open, and Remote Command lets you switch profiles or disable mods with two controller buttons.
How fast will my Xbox Elite controller ship?
Xbox Elite Series 2 READY TO GO Edition controllers ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST begin processing the next business day. Delivery then depends on the shipping method: Standard 4–7, Expedited 2–3, Express 1–2 or Overnight 1 business day.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping (4–7 business days in the continental USA) is free for orders of $100 and up, and $4.99 for orders under $100. Expedited, Express, Overnight and International Express are calculated at checkout.
Is the Thumbstick Drift Fix included?
No. The Thumbstick Drift Fix is not part of any mod pack, including the Ultimate Modpack. It's available separately in the MZ Titan App and requires MZ Titan modchip version 2.0.
What does the warranty cover?
Every MODDEDZONE controller has a 90-day warranty on defective parts, workmanship, the modchip and installation. You can add the 1 Year MZ warranty or the 1 Year Armor warranty, which also covers wear and tear and thumbstick drift (2 requests a year).
