Hi,
I’m having an issue with one of your controllers equipped with the Titan chip.
The right stick press (R3) does not work when pressed down for melee or mount. I’ve also tried rebinding the actions individually and resetting the mapping to default, with no change.
The right stick otherwise functions normally in all other respects. This does not appear to be a game issue—my other controllers work correctly with the same games (Call of Duty and Battlefield 6) when pressing the right stick.
Is this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it (software or hardware), or does the controller need repair or replacement?
