I just received my controller for Xbox X and it is a useless paper weight trying to connect it the MX Titan App via bluetooth. Mod chip shows up in app but it will not connect. Pulled out my grandsons iphone, downloaded the app and BAM!! it connected. Not sure what the problem is with Samsung bluetooth and MX Titan chip or app but they do not like each other.

thanks for reaching out. The reason you are having this issue is most likely because of some permissions you need to enable in the settings of the phone.
