Bought a controller from them for $650, it worked less than a week and one of the buttons stopped working, I sent it back for repair and just got it back from them with the exact same problem still occurring. Upon requesting a refund I was told that since it was outside of the 14 day refund period they wouldn't do anything even though they've I only had a usable controller for 5 days before sending it back. DO NOT buy from them unless you to want to risk being stuck with a $650 chunk of plastic you can't do anything with

We purchased 2 controllers to play Destiny.
The "preset" Destiny Two option is horrible, it's not real aim assist, it actually makes it harder to play because it's constantly trying to pull the gun down while you try to aim up, if you then try to aim down it JERKS down very fast to the bottom of the screen.
This was a total waste of $1,500.
Do yourself a favor and buy a Zen or Titan 2.
Customer Service has been a nightmare as well.
One person was pretty rude to my wife when she called a week after we got them, controller already broken and they acted like it was somehow OUR fault.
I am dealing with this right now planned on doing a reveiw of the controller but it has serious problems that make it unusable. I sent it in for repair and waited weeks only to get back a controller that was even worse and still unusable. I have never been able to play a game with the controller since I have owned it. Tomorrow they are calling me to discuss it again but each time we speak its like a robot they ask the same questions I have lready answered. I wish that I knew about this forum prior to making the purchase these controllers are very expensive I only looked on Youtube before purchasing and there are no warning videos there. Maybe its time for one
