last year i bought a xbox controller and it work great for about 3 months, then it started having weird stick snaps and drift, the guy on the phone said its a chip problem and that we could send it back for repair, it took about 8 months witch is ridiculous, but when i got it back last week its still having the same problem.
Spent £470.
- battery pack is busted
- right trigger doesn't work
- left analog is misaligned/faulty. Constant downwards register (on hall effect)
- right analog doesn't achieve full rotation
- dpad misaligned or not seated correctly
- they screwed the backplate screw into the warranty sticker, voiding my warranty.
- Ultimate mod pack does not contain pulse anti recoil, despite the fact it should be standard on a v2 mod chip
Wanna know what response I got when I tried to ask for help? An automated "all controllers have a 90 day warranty as standard" with a sale advertisement....
What an insult. I paid for 1Y warranty and international express shipping for a paperweight.
