As stated in the topic. My controller triggers and front bumpers buttons for PS5 completely stopped working after updating. Is there anything I can do besides sending in the controller? I've updated via the ps accessories and hard reset it, all to no avail. The controller worked really well for over a year, until now.
Try clicking on each profile then update.
@Addison Pardo So, today, I can't even do that. All my profiles and the credits in my account are gone. I'm going to have to take this matter to support.
@Savon Scales this happened to me but with my A,B,X and Y button. They do absolutely nothing now

Interesting to see that several people here had different buttons stop working after an update. That makes it seem less like a single hardware failure and more like something related to the update itself.
@support l1 r1 and Thumbsticks don't work as well
is there any fix i just received my controller today and asoon as i updated it this happened.
