Please navigate to the top of the app and locate a small square box. Click on it and proceed to check for updates three times consecutively. You see the updating GPC byte code. This will help resolve a great deal of issues.

Hi I just got my controller a few days ago with the mouse click triggers and now the L2 button isn't clicking nor working
Hi, I recently purchased 3 of your controllers for my ps5 and xbox, i opened the ps5 controller and set it up, which took me 2 hours with the app not working right. so i set it up to play and stream and the joysticks don't work the back buttons are all messed up, i kept restarting app, updating app, deleting app, and adding it back and updating it 3 to 5 times which i found on some youtube videos, nothing works, scared to even try the other controllers.
@Garland Likes Eagle tried the other controller, couldn't even keep the app on to make a profile, every time it would reset and go back to the connect screen, updated numerous times deleted app and added it back, updated even more numerous times I tired of this now
