Returns


  • Satisfaction is guaranteed on all ModdedZone® Products. We want you to be thrilled, so even though all ModdedZone® controllers are made to order, we accept returns for all our products. 

    Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us. As our controllers are hand-made to your specifications, there is a 10% restocking fee for all products returned except the READY TO GO Edition and SMART PRO Edition controllers. The controller must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging and with all seals intact. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.

    The amount refunded is less all shipping costs added at checkout. Return authorization from ModdedZone® must be obtained prior to mailing in any merchandise for repair or return.

    Please note that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when returning products to ModdedZone.

    Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

    Defective Product: If the product is delivered and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our customer service team immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt for an exchange.

    Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all warranty information that accompanied your item.

    Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we’ve sent you incorrect items, please contact our customer service team to return the incorrect items within 14 days. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.

    The product(s) MUST be shipped back to us within 7 (seven) calendar days after the return/replacement request is approved and the return ticket is created.
