Orders - Processing Time & Shipping


  • Due to the custom nature of our products, standard assembly time is 5-7 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 10 business days. If you wish to expedite the process, please select Same Day Assembly option when placing your order to have your controller built and shipped within the next 24 business hours. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST begin processing the following day. Orders that include the same day assembly option but were placed after cut off time on Friday and on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. If your order includes any personalized option, please allow additional 2-3 business days for processing your custom artwork.

    Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please remember that delivery speed shown when the order was placed is shown in business days. Business days are counted as Monday – Friday, and exclude any national holidays.



  • I ordered my controller dec, 20th 2024 and I still haven't had a single update since that day, and it's now Jan 10th 2025. It says during holidays it will take up to 10 business days for order to be completed. With the expedited shipping my order is still under assembly after 3 weeks, not sure what I did differently, but I'd at least like an update...


  • Same here but I did finally get a reply saying its just taking longer due to the holidays.


  • I ordered mine on Jan. 5th; it is now Jan. 22 and I still do not have my controller.


  • I ordered on February 3rd. Still assembling. Got a message from an AI conversation telling me that my order will be shipped tomorrow. Tomorrow was 5 days before. Customer service and support below zero. Disappointed and lost the excitement of buying a new thing. If it wasn't custom I would already ask for a refund. 


  • I placed my order on February 5th and was informed that it was being assembled on February 6th. As of February 28, 2025, it is still in assembled and I was told by customer service that they needed to order parts for the controller. This is the original edge controller, with only two additional modifications—there is no significant design or customization to the frame. I will wait until March 6th to decide whether I want to proceed with the order.


  • so quick update. I finally received my product 3/3/25 and it's nice. Thank u. my guess is to be patient. These controllers are being crafted custom so just have a little patience. If you did a payment plan I suggest you make that first payment early. It seemed like when I did my payment they shipped it out immediately. Now it's time to test it out before my warranty is up.
