Ordered July 9th it now July 21st was told 5 days ago my controller will be shipped out the next day 7 days ago left several messages no answer back I didn't order anything exceptional I only order...

I've called the support line about my warranty 4 times and I got no answer. I am still in the 90 day warranty window at 87 days. I purchased a controller on April 12th. Please get back to me.
