Based on the issue you described with your ModdedZone controller, it sounds like one of the active mod settings — such as Auto Ping or a similar feature — may be enabled. The way mods on our custom PS5 and Xbox controllers work is by simulating button presses, which can cause the right D-pad button to activate when pressing the R2 trigger depending on the mod configuration currently selected.
