Thumbstricks Drift Fix - It just doesn't work, haven't come across a single person on Reddit so say otherwise. It just displays "Auto calibration in progress, please wait ..." whilst increasing all four adjustable values to 100 and then hangs.
Paid top dollar for a maxxed out controller for it to arrive with stick drift, this feature doesn't work, and more frustratingly, the touchpad doesn't work either. The touchpad detects clicks, but not in specific locations when you test the functionaliy on the likes of Astro Bot. It also doesn't recognise "swipe" gestures.
Your customer service is abysmal, takes weeks to respond and then responds with the same response as the previous message in most cases
