My grandson got a new modded controler for Christmas. It probably isn't under warranty if his mom bought it before Christmas. He is having a problem with it already. The left headphone doesn't work with any headset he tries. Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can tell him to try to troubleshoot the problem? Any advice you can give us is much appreciated.
