If the accessory is purchased together with a custom product, it will be shipped together with the custom product once it is assembled, which may take some time depending on the assembly time of that product. However, if the accessory is purchased alone, it will be shipped within 24 business hours, meaning that it will be dispatched and sent out for delivery within one day of the order being placed, provided that the order was placed during business hours on a weekday.

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return the product to us. The product must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging and with all seals intact. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.

The amount refunded is less all shipping costs added at checkout. Return authorization from ModdedZone® must be obtained prior to mailing in any merchandise for repair or return.

Please note that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when returning products to ModdedZone.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

Defective Product: If the product is delivered and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our customer service team immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt for an exchange.

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all warranty information that accompanied your item.

Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we’ve sent you incorrect items, please contact our customer service team to return the incorrect items within 14 days. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.
